Working principle

The raw material is fed from the cold end of the kiln, since the kiln has a certain inclination (generally 3 to 3.5%), the raw material is continuously moved to the hot end by means of the trajectory of the continuous rotation, in the same time the raw material is stirred, mixed and reaction is occurred . The natural end of the fuel is injected, and the heat is generated by the air-assisted combustion, and the high-temperature flue gas is generated. The hot gas is driven by the fan, and the natural end flows to the secondary end. The heat is radiated by the flame, the convection of the hot gas, and the kiln brick. The heat is transferred to the material in this way, and the material and the flue gas exchange heat during the reverse movement. The material moves forward in the kiln according to the inclination of the kiln cylinder and the rotation of the kiln, and burns into the finished product
