1. The structure of vertical mill rotary wind lock feeder is rotary impeller, shell, driving device, etc. The rotary impeller is welded with wear-resisting plate to improve the service life of the impeller; There is a certain deviation between the center distance of the inlet and the center line of the shell of the rotary discharge device, which is suitable for the entry of materials with large particles;
2. The inner lining of the shell of vertical mill rotary wind lock feeder is mostly equipped with anti-wear layer; The impeller is supported by bearings at both ends to ensure that the clearance between the impeller and the shell is uniform; Due to the high feeding temperature, there is a corresponding gap between the impeller and the shell. Use and maintenance of rotary wind lock feeder in vertical mill 

1. The machine is suitable for continuous working system, allowing positive and negative operation

3. In the process of transportation and installation, it should be kept stable to avoid collision, so as not to cause shell fracture. Deformation, etc.
4. Before the machine leaves the factory, the reducer is filled with lubricating oil no. 00, and the ash discharge valve is filled with lithium grease. Grease should be added or replaced in rotating and bearing parts within 6-10 months of use. If the ambient temperature is high. When there is too much dust in the air or humidity, the pumping time should be shortened appropriately.
5. In the process of use, if the equipment appears along the axial air leakage ash and other phenomena, you can tighten the press cover screw (3.11) or replace the asbestos packing root (17.18) and then press the material cover.
6. In the process of operation, avoid equipment overload transportation caused by large material particles and strong adhesion, or equipment jam or motor short circuit caused by foreign matters left in the dust collector. It is recommended to check and install overload protection device at user level.

1.  Before machining, control the dimensions according to the tolerance casting; ensure the precise control of the internal quality of the casting;
2.  During processing, the inspection of the bearing surface is carried out. The main inspection techniques are: ultrasonic inspection (UT), magnetic particle inspection (MT), and color inspection (PT). As a whole, it can reach level three flaw detection, and key parts can reach level two flaw detection; improve the stress capacity and wear resistance.
3.  After processing, strict inspection before leaving the factory to ensure the hardness and abrasion resistance of the vertical rollers, sand blasting equipment effectively assists and improves the surface quality.
